New eco-designed gloves

Introducing our brand new Ultrane 664, an eco-designed glove featuring recycled fibres* that redefines sustainable hand protection and meets our CSR goal: Care for the environment.

🌍RECYCLED FIBRES: Less impact on the planet

MAPA PROFESSIONAL uses recycled polyester fibres as this material is widely available, performant, and stable. It keeps the same features as virgin polyester.

🔎Did you know?

Approximately 90% of recycled polyester (rPET) is made of post-consumer plastic bottles (remaining percentage is mainly made of recycled clothing).

🍃How do we produce recycled fibres ?

With recycled content:

*39% of the liner = 20% of the total weight of the glove

🧤 Each pair of gloves represent one plastic bottle of 50 cL

📦CARDBOARD PACKAGING: Less plastic packaging waste

We introduce our first individual cardboard packaging, made of 70% of recycled material.

This cardboard hanging tab packaging has been thought to be a great offer for display purposes on specialised distribution like MRO shops, online resellers.

To go further and limit plastic waste, we removed the plastic polybag and sell individual pair directly on the carton box of 48 pairs.

High quality & resistant nitrile foam palm coating offering good durability in dry conditions.

Ultrane 664 is certified EN388:2016 with abrasion level 4.

Close fit for precision tasks thanks to the fineness of the fabric: gauge 15

WASHABLE

Washable 1 time at 40°C

TOUCHSCREEN

This handling glove is compatible with any type of touchscreen devices that remains after washing perfect for logistic industry or quality control.

AND OTHER FEATURES:

This eco-designed glove is also DMF free, certified OEKO-TEX® standard 100 and silicone free to prevent traces, defects on metal sheet and glass prior to painting.
