We are continually investing in safe and ergonomic workplaces as part of our 'Safety First' initiative. All our employees are trained in job-related safety matters, and we ensure that they wear the appropriate personal protective equipment.
Furthermore, our factories are certified to ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management).
We also have a strict ethics & labor policy about human rights protection.
- Our Malaysian factories were the 1ST to undergo the social audits from BSCI or SEDEX, and we apply a “100% cover” policy for recruitment fees.
- All our factories & subcontractors are committed to our code of conduct and are audited annually.

Getting involved locally
We have established a relationship of listening and dialogue with the local authorities and communities in the countries in which we operate. We also offer our employees the opportunity to get involved in local philanthropic activities to help the communities around them and contribute to donations programs for various associations around our sites.
